  • How long do I have to sign a contract for?
    We offer month to month contracts, meaning no long term contracts and no commitment.
  • When can I get to my belongings?
    You have access to your Outdoor unit 7 days a week, assuming your account is in good standing. Our access hours are from 7:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.
  • Do I need an appointment to view the facility and storage units?
    Yes. We recommend that you call ahead for information and to setup a time to view a unit. Call us at 801-433-2525.
  • What do I need to rent a unit?
    You need a current government issued picture ID, a current address and a phone number where you can be reached, and the first month’s storage payment. Please call our office to view or rent a unit at 801-433-2525. (eContract / eSign Available Through Email)
  • Can I sign a contract for with my friend or relative?
    Unless you have proof that you are either the legal guardian of an individual, or an authorized agent for a business, only the tenant named on the contract may sign the contract. Please call our office to view or rent a unit at . (eContract / eSign Available Through Email)
  • What are your office hours?
    Office hours are Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Excluding Holidays) Our office is located at 450 East 2200 South Salt Lake City, Utah 84115
  • Will anyone else have access to my storage unit?
    No. When you rent a space, you provide the lock, and only you have the key.
  • Do you sell Locks, Packing and Moving supplies?"
    To insure that your valuable possessions arrive at your new destination safely, use professional moving supplies when you pack. AAA Ferron Storage has a sister company name Utah Box Rental.   • Do you offer a mover?
    We do not offer moving services.
  • Does your facility accommodate large moving vans?
    Yes our facility has large driveways to easily accommodate large moving vans.
  • How can I make a payment?
    Payments can be processed by mail, emailed monthly invoice (which you can pay online through the emailed invoice), online through our website, or by calling our office at 801-433-2525. You may also arrange to have payment be automatically deducted from your credit card or debit card. Please ask your customer care representative about this feature.
  • Can I pay my bill automatically every month?
    Yes. We encourage our customers to sign up for automatic monthly payment to avoid missed payments and late fees.
  • Will I receive a monthly invoice?
    Yes if you provide us with a current email address we can email you an invoice each month. We do not provide U.S. Mailed out monthly invoices.
  • How do I calculate how much storage space to rent?
    Our expert customer care representatives can assist you in determining the right size. Just give us a brief description of what will be stored and we'll help you determine how much space is needed.
  • How much notice must be given when I move out?
    We require a 10 day written notice to move out. Full details on the moving out policy will be provided for you at the time of move in.
  • Do you have outdoor storage for boats, RVs and other vehicles?"
